Effective 7 October 2026
Privacy Policy
Sazora is an independent app studio run by Berke Düzgün, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the sazora.io website and the forms on it. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its page.
The short version
- No cookies, no advertising and no third-party trackers on this website.
- We only collect what you type into a form — and only to answer you or tell you when an app launches.
- We never sell or rent your data.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Contact form
When you send a message we store your name, email address, the topic you picked, your message and the site language, so we can reply. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) and your browser’s user-agent, truncated, to stop spam and abuse.
Launch lists (“Notify me”)
If you join a list for an upcoming app, we store your email address, which app, the site language and the moment you gave consent, plus the same IP hash and user-agent. We will email you about that app’s launch — nothing else, and no newsletters unless you separately ask. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Statistics
We count page views with self-hosted, cookie-free analytics running on our own server. It records the page, the referring site, the country and the device type in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address and cannot follow you across websites.
Live data
Some pages show live data from our own services — for example the current Kp index on the Solwind page, which our Solwind server reads from NOAA’s Space Weather Prediction Center. Your browser contacts our server directly; no personal data is sent besides the technical connection data every request needs.
Technical logs
Like any web server, ours sees your IP address and the page you asked for. We use this briefly for security and to limit abuse. Logs rotate automatically and are not used to build profiles.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: deleted after 12 months at the latest.
- Launch lists: deleted once we have sent the launch email, and after 24 months at the latest.
- Technical logs: rotated within days.
Where it is processed
Everything above is stored on a server we operate ourselves, hosted by our hosting provider in Germany (European Union). We do not share it with anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK or Turkey’s KVKK — you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact form and mention the email address you used. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal bases: your consent (launch lists), steps you asked us to take (answering messages) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free of abuse.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above.
